Following more than 20 years of providing outsourced solutions to the Lloyd’s and London Market, Mike Burrows established MXB Consulting in early 2007 to provide Outsource Management Support; Operations Review and Business Change; Due Diligence Management and Delegated Authority Management solutions to the Insurance and Reinsurance industry. 

As an insurance experienced finance professional, he is able to exploit this experience in the outsource industry to provide bespoke support for clients at all stages of the outsource process, while other elements of the offering can support merger, acquisition, disposal and RITC activities.
